Text description provided by the architects. Siete Hábitos is an advertising agency located in the neighborhood of Cerro de las Rosas, in the city of Cordoba, Argentina. The project consists of the interior design of the new office.
Under the concept of original and functional interior architecture, the work spaces were rethought. The need arises to create links between people in order to generate experiences that promote creativity and good communication in a relaxed and safe environment, without neglecting organization and work efficiency.
In a 40 m2 plan, a working area for designers, a meeting room and two offices ndivided by simple planes, define the spaces according to their program. We thus propose a sequence of spaces, from the social to the private, from translucent to opaque, with minimal elements.
The first partition materialized with glass divides the designers' workspace from the meeting room, creating a visual permeability, filtering sounds and light. The second wall made of pine wood slats achieves the privacy required by the client in the last of the spaces.
The design captures a contemporary balance, combining vintage and modern, through the use of materials like wood and glass. The electrical facilities were left exposed, incorporated in cable trays.
